exuberate is a Norwegian sports brand that delivers high-quality «premium» sportswear, athleisure wear, footwear, equipment, and accessories.
What sets our products apart and makes them «premium» is the meticulous attention to detail; from material and stitching to fit, style, and design. Unlike mass-produced brands, each of our designs is released in limited quantities - so if you find a product you love, do not wait too long!
Our products are manufactured in various countries with strict quality control to ensure the highest standards.

Ordering
Browse our products on our website, add your desired items to your shopping bag, then follow the checkout process to place the order. We will then send you an order confirmation and you will then soon receive your items.
Orders that have been placed can unfortunately not be changed. However, you may contact our customer support team before the order has been processed (You will receive an e-mail when the order has been processed) and ask us to cancel the order, after which you may re-order if you wish.
exuberate.no accepts payments from major credit and debit cards.
Shipping
At the moment, we offer only standard shipping. The shipping rates depends on the delivery address / country and are calculated during the checkout process.
Normal delivery time, which unless any unforeseen circumstances arise, is seven (7) to fourteen (14) days.
Yes, we ship to most of the countries. The list of countries we ship to can be found during the checkout process.
At the moment, we do not have a tracking service on our websites. However, the shipping company will send you an e-mail containing a tracking number and link to track your order.
Returns
We accept returns within fourteen (14) days after the product(s) have been delivered to you. Please note that shipping charges may apply.
Kindly contact our customer support team to be guided through the return process. You will be provided a return slip, that you will need to fill out and include in the package along with the returned items and the order confirmation (Receipt).
Once we receive your return, it typically takes up to seven (7) days to process and either issue a refund or send you the new items if you wanted an exchange.
Products
A size guide is available on all products that require you to choose a size. Furthermore, you may check out our size chart page. At the moment, exuberate sells their products exclusively on exuberate.no. Our products may be available at other retailers in the future.
Gift Cards
Yes, we offer digital gift cards. You may purchase them on our website and choose to send them directly as a gift to another person. Physical gift cards may be available in the future, which will be sent directly either to you or to the intended person's address.
No, our gift cards never expire. Recipients have the flexibility to shop at their leisure without worrying about the gift card ever expiring.
The gift card code can be entered and used manually during checkout. The gift card may also be applied to your user account and select to use apply the (remaining) balance any time you place an order.
Gift cards applied to a user account may be checked at any time by visiting your account pages. In other instances, you may get in touch with us directly and we will inform you of the remaining balance.
Promotions / Discounts
Coupon codes may be applied during the checkout process to apply the discount.
Generally, only one (1) code may be used in a single order.
Usually, we do not offer discounts for bulk or corporate purchases. However, this may be a possibility depending on the quantity. There is also a strong possibility for an exception to be made in cases the purchase(s) are for sporting events or sports teams. For this to be the exception, get in touch with out customer support team and we could provide a discount code.
The coupon codes we offer may include fixed amount discounts or percentage discounts.
Account
Yes, to place an order on exuberate.no you need to create an exuberate account. This is also for your own convenience as you may view your orders, change your information, access potential gift cards, and more.
To create an account, click on the profile icon in the top right corner of this website. You can also create an account during the checkout process.
